• Participant identity data such as nicknames, recovery tokens, or PIN-related data when needed.
• If you choose LINE login, basic LINE account data such as display name, user ID, and avatar URL.

How we use data

• To create and display polls.
• To save and show participant responses and results.
• To help you return to polls you created or joined.
• To maintain product safety, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Participant links and host links are access credentials, so sharing them affects who can view or manage a poll. Outside of that intended product behavior, data is processed only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or keep the service secure.

Retention

Poll data may be kept for a period of time so hosts and participants can return later to review or manage the event.

Expired data may be removed as part of product maintenance and operational cleanup.

Your choices

• You can use SlotMatch without LINE login, but some recovery or management flows may be less convenient.
• Hosts should keep their management link private.
